Developers have the freedom to set any price they desire for their games.
Complete the base game, play some PvP, get to max light level and do the Leviathan raid if you can find a group (can usually get one in 20 minutes or so on Discord). If you like the gameplay and mechanics, then spend the $40 for Forsaken (includes Curse of Osiris and Warmind, the prior DLCs), or $70 for Forsaken + the Season pass (includes 3 smaller DLCs over the next 8 months or so IIRC). It's much better than just the base game, and apparently the new raid is amazing, but if you don't enjoy the base game in the first place you'll lose interest in the rest of it pretty quick.
I don't agree, but I appreciate the way they merged The Division and Destiny into one experience. Using third-person shooting is my preference, and seeing aliens and machines instead of humans makes it feel better against those types of enemies compared to The Division.
many believed destiny would return in a new form, but the constant repetition and missing narrative left them frustrated. What I mean is stay grounded—don’t chase unrealistic expectations for the anthem. So far we’ve seen it’s pretty... and EA isn’t exactly reliable, so be ready for micro transactions. Still, there’s a chance it could be as exciting as Titanfall 2.
