I acquired this HP 15s series laptop recently. Here are the specifications: Model 15s-eq1167AU, AMD Ryzen 3 4300U (2.7 GHz base, up to 3.7 GHz boost), 4 MB L3 cache, 4 cores, 8 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM, and a 512 GB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD. The concern is whether I should play Red Dead Redemption 2 on it. According to systemrequirementslab, the only requirement I don’t have is dedicated video RAM. I’ve played many games on my PC without that setup before, so I’m not sure if a laptop’s performance will hold up. Still, I’m hesitant about pushing it too hard.

Your computer lacks a separate GPU, relying on built-in graphics. As a result, it won’t handle any gameplay even when settings are turned down.

It seems like it might work, but be cautious. You’ll only be using it at a reduced level.

My computer didn’t get any dedicated GPU either—it had a core i3-6100 and 8GB of RAM. I still managed to play Watch Dogs 2 and Assassin’s Creed Unity on it, and I wouldn’t have hesitated to run RDR2 if my laptop matched those specs. After all, hehe!

That's awesome! I’m fine with the basic options. I won’t be upgrading my computer or getting another laptop any time soon. I’m focusing on other things. Still, I really want to play RDR2.
