If you're unable to access it at your workplace (best choice), there are stores that sell it legally. Purchasing it legally costs more than $200 per key. If you can't obtain LTSC 2019, Windows Server 2019 is a solid option; you can easily get an evaluation ISO from Microsoft directly and legally.

I noticed some software suggesting a commercial license. Heard there could be problems with LTS versions when new hardware arrives. At least keeping it around 2016 for three years or more should work with RTX. For me, Linux is a far better choice.

The thing is that there is a 2019 version,which do support RTX,i even tried it myself. Drivers may be a problem in the future.
