I purchased this game a month ago, but several servers aren't accessible. The premium price comes to about Rs 2500, which is roughly $38. Should I buy it? Is the value worth it?

Don't worry about BF1 nearby, everyone, keep your savings for BF1 Premium like @Aytex and me.

I'm not familiar with India, but in the UK it's priced at £15.99 for the premium plus base game. It's definitely worth it—I got it last month. Since BF1 is set during WW1, a lot of players will still enjoy BF4 as it's about 110 years after BF1, so servers should remain solid.

I verified the price at about $14 and purchased it immediately. However, the system indicates you must download an expansion, which isn't occurring.

If you play a lot, go for it. Most maps are included in the DLC. Just remember, playing well can get you banned from several servers—this has happened to me quite often. Bad administrators are everywhere, so pick servers wisely; it’s frustrating when you’re doing good. (The main issue with BF4 for me is that, aside from that, I really enjoy it.)

The issue you're facing requires downloading and installing the expansion each time you launch the server. Make sure you follow the instructions provided with the DLC for proper setup.

The menu includes a 'store' feature, allowing you to obtain DLCs at no cost if you possess a premium subscription.

There remains a chance to receive payment, but I’ve already processed the payment. Will the funds be removed again?

No, with the premium it won't charge you anything.
