I can run games at 50 fps, but the frame rate fluctuates to 40 and 30, making it hard to see the changes. The issue might be whether motion blur is enabled, so you won’t notice the drops as much.

It really depends on personal taste more than anything else. I’d give both a try and compare which you prefer. I personally don’t like motion blur and always turn it off, but I’m aware some people enjoy it.

Generally, motion blur affects most individuals strongly. It can cause dizziness for some, though it might slightly improve performance for others. However, the headache risk usually outweighs any benefits.

I don't prefer motion blur. I'd rather lower some settings instead of enabling motionblur.

I maintain steady 60 frames per second, yet I still prefer motion blur for some. The choice depends on personal taste.

Activating motion blur doesn't improve your frame rate; it may actually reduce it. To minimize drops, lower settings you're less concerned about but heavily affect FPS. For open-world games, FPS fluctuations are common in specific game areas.

The blur is a feature I dislike (along with fog settings and sometimes shadow details). Enabling it reduces performance, but it keeps the sharp clarity of AA and high resolution.
