It's not clear if overclocking your Ryzen 3700X is right. Consider whether boosting performance is needed or if the chip already handles tasks well. Let precision improvements take care of itself.

PBO takes care of it. Using the CPU in this manner ensures optimal efficiency. For enhanced performance, activate XMP if it isn't already enabled.

You have the option, but it's not worth going beyond the FIT voltage to boost performance. A large jump in voltage won't significantly improve core operations by just 100mhz, and the gaming impact would be minimal. You can achieve much better results by enabling XMP settings, which should noticeably increase your FPS compared to manually overclocking the CPU.
