Hi there. It seems most of these posts focus on Windows 10, so this might already be a common question. Who uses Windows 10 and what are your thoughts? Is it reliable? I recently upgraded to a new gaming PC and configured it my way. If I install Windows 10, will it wipe everything off or act like an update on an iPhone—keeping everything intact? Will it impact gaming performance? Thanks.

It won't impact gaming, according to The Verge's review. If you're not bothered by minor issues and dislike Windows 8, go ahead. For a permanent change, wait about a month until they address the bugs. You have a year to upgrade. I plan to upgrade when convenient. It feels more like an OS update—personal data should remain safe.
