what will you be using it for? 8845hs is a much better cpu than the 6900hs since its zen4 not zen3+ but 3050 seems kinda pathetic at this price considering there are 4060 laptops like this at the 15jt mark with an 8645hs btw just incase you dont know wait for a day when the discount is 8% or 10% and it seems to be 3% atm, adds up to quite a decent saving at this pricepoint

the laptop is mainly used for writing documents, playing games occasionally (like yakuza, minecraft, persona, smt, retro emulator), and video editing. i also need it to be lightweight, so i’m looking for something average rather than a heavy gaming machine.

victus seems fairly typical in this context. the gaming reference appears more like marketing fluff rather than a serious choice. there aren’t really harsh, edgy designs or RGB keyboards like those on some laptops such as the asus tuf series with their gamer-style builds. if you don’t need top-tier specs, a more affordable option around 9.5jt works well—especially since using a dedicated GPU is cheaper than getting a powerful desktop setup. the iGPU will still handle everyday tasks like video editing fairly adequately. just keep in mind that the screen quality drops to a standard 1080p resolution, which isn’t ideal for watching movies or doing professional work, but it shouldn’t be a major problem if you’re not using the laptop as a display device.
