16 GB of RAM works well for streaming and most tasks. I won’t keep programs running while playing since I don’t usually do that. So yes, 16 GB should be sufficient.

They recommend the 3600X mainly for gaming, with 2700X or 3700X for streaming and multitasking later. Starting with the 2700X is a solid choice for gaming and streaming, and you can upgrade to higher models as your budget allows. You'll need at least 32GB of 4x8 RAM, preferably Corsair 3200MHz CL16.

I’m considering the Ryzen 7 2700X because it’s more affordable. Should I look into the Ryzen 7 3700X? The 32GB RAM seems a bit too much for my budget, and I’m struggling to find suitable 32GB RAM sticks that match the price of two 8GB Corsair RAM sticks.

Obviously it's cheaper, like I said the 3600X is strictly for gaming, buy the 2700X. It is but there's no other way. Which brands are present in your country? Get Kingston 3200Mhz CL16.
