16 or 32GB RAM expected. Around $400 CAD likely. Would pay about $300 USD. Possibility of higher price if I can leverage the nearby Microcenter discounts.

Value low. Problem one: 13700k carries a negative perception. Problem two: Z690 DDR4 cards are essentially worthless, DDR4 is practically worthless. Around $400 CAD seems reasonable unless you're desperate for cash... I don't see any clear reason to sell this.
