Consider purchasing the 2013 Tomb Raider title, which is currently discounted. Your age requirement of being over 18 is met since you're 16, but the store may still verify your eligibility. The game appears to be well-regarded as a solid entry in the series. Whether it’s worth it depends on your interest in the franchise and gameplay quality.
I got it since my account balance wasn’t enough for Rise of the Tomb Raider.
As mentioned, the rating is 18, but you’re only 16, making it against the rules for you to purchase the game.
Consider purchasing it if it fits your needs. You already own Call of Duty on PS4, which is 18...
I don't believe it will affect your age, honestly. I'm not even certain if it allows purchases by minors. The safest option seems to be buying from G2A. I wonder if you can use it without being over 18? I remember when I had to get my mom to approve my purchase of Resident Evil 4 for the Wii. I told them my mom worked at their store (Gamestop) and they said yes, but no one believed me.
