You might consider it, but likely not advisable. The performance gains won't be significant given these worn-out parts. You'd also require a reliable cooling system (unless you already have one). In short, you'll be testing the boundaries of your components for roughly 5 to 10 frames per second.

You have the precise motherboard, but not the exact power supply. "550W" isn't a perfect PSU. The performance of the PSU matters a lot; using a low-quality one shouldn't be a reason to overclock, though you're unlikely to run a bad PSU anyway—overclocking would be a definite no.

The video card is factory overclocked so I would not do it more usually very little to gain.
For the processor if your using the stock cooler No.

You might consider it, but it's unlikely to yield significant gains given these worn parts. You'd also require a reliable cooling system, which you may not yet have. In short, you're likely testing the boundaries of your hardware for roughly 5-10 frames per second.

Did you just mention including something similar to a GT 710?

Overclocking seems largely ineffective these days, except when it's just for show. The improvements are small, unless you tailor your setup especially for maximum overclocking.
