I've been thinking about getting an aio soon, but I'm unsure which model to choose. I'm leaning toward the Ryzen 5 5600X and found the stock cooler too loud, so I'm exploring options. I've narrowed it down to three brands: MSI, Aorus, and Corsair. I'm trying to balance style, performance, and quiet operation. Right now I'm considering the Gigabyte Aorus Waterforce 240, Corsair iCUE H100X RGB Elite, and the MSI Mag Coreliquid R. The Waterforce 240 looks appealing because it matches my motherboard well, has good reviews, and is expected to be quiet. I'm still weighing the pros and cons and would appreciate any additional suggestions or links.

Opt for the Arctic lineup. It's a solid, trustworthy brand. The Arctic Liquid Freezer II 240 A-RGB offers excellent performance at just $112.

Corsair offers some of the least favorable value right now. Gigabyte is essentially another brand from Asetek, MSI has a history of issues, and their AIOs have been problematic. While Deepcool LS520 and LT520 are cheaper alternatives, Arctic Liquid Freezer II remains the top choice for better performance at a lower cost. Don't mistake those for waste, especially with the 5600X; LS520 and LT520 are still the best options, though Arctic is a bit less attractive in appearance.

I really like the EKWB model I own. The need to attach a SATA power cable only for my pump with other AIOs or having a USB header and/or control software makes me uncomfortable. EKWB's pump uses a standard 4-pin fan header and an RGB header for colors. I prefer straightforward designs. The Elite version looks sleek, while the non-Eligible (RGB) one has a unique look.

I've been checking out Arctic Aios, but the main problem has always been their appearance—it doesn't quite look right. While performance is important, seeing them this way isn't ideal. That's why I've been thinking about the WaterForce CPU; I really like its color palette and the straightforward, chunky design. I've also heard positive feedback about it. Since I plan to upgrade most of my system, the only reason I'm sticking with a 5600X is because it was the first CPU I bought and I didn't think about alternatives like AM5. I just don't want to replace a CPU that works well and performs adequately.
