Hi, whenever I run GTA 5 my performance drops to around 99% and the frame rate barely reaches 40fps. I’m not sure what’s causing the issue. I concur, you should consider adding another 8GB of RAM and upgrading to a GPU such as an 1050Ti or 1060. That would be a significant improvement without exceeding your budget. The rest of your setup seems quite strong overall.
