Hey guys this is my current setup:
UserBenchmarks: Game 41%, Desk 53%, Work 38%
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 1300X - 75.3% (Just bought the Ryzen 7 1700)
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1050-Ti - 39.9%
HDD: Toshiba MQ01ABD100 1TB - 55.5%
USB: USB DISK 2.0 8GB - 4%
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000 C15 2x8GB - 76.1%
MBD: Gigabyte GA-AB350N-Gaming WIFI-CF
So I just bought the R7 1700 (non X) and I wanted to see if I should OC to 4.0GHz or should I OC to something else.

It's not necessary to change the 7 1700 at this time unless you're aiming for better performance. For optimal results, consider changing the 1050Ti instead.

Hmm...Interesting...How challenging is it to overclock a GPU?

There is really no need to OC the 7 1700 right now, unless you want extra performance. If you can, go for the OC on the 1050Ti.
Hmm...Interesting...Is it difficult to OC GPU?
Not really. Just be careful. Use MSI Afterburner.

With the stock strength of the 1700 as it is, being paired with a 1050ti, there's really no reason to OC. Can if you want to, read everything you can on the subject, from posts, forums, articles, YouTube etc.
