My study shows the Xeon suits business and gaming setups well—I don’t match those roles. At 83, I’m mostly retired but still keep working on my PC at home. I’d recommend an i7 processor paired with a suitable motherboard.

In that scenario, the Xeon matches the i7 exactly, eliminating any business versus gaming distinctions. Minor variations exist, but they don’t impact this decision. I’d choose the i5 since it aligns better with the budget and offers more value.
