O&O ShutUp10++ can turn off telemetry. I've been using W11 since its launch and have applied that tool to stop much of the data collection by MS. W11 works fine for regular use, though it had some issues at first but is mostly stable now.
I thought you were teasing when you mentioned that command, but aside from that, I don’t think it would really count after the initial few days of using w11.
