Choose the 10100 because it's more affordable when paired with the 10320; alternatively, opt for the 10400.
I've been switching back and forth, but where I live the 10320 costs 25 USD more than 10110 but the 10400 is 58 USD higher than 10320. So at the moment 10320 offers the best value. And for the range between 10110 and 10320, I think the faster clock speed and iGPU justify the extra 25 USD.
It has a bit more cache, also. Where I am, the 10100F is $120, the 10100 is $125, the 10320 is $176, the 10400F is $155, and the 10400 is 177.
