You should consider upgrading your CPU first.
Your current setup handles gaming and streaming well, but you experience lag in games like Ready or Not and high frame rates at 5K while streaming.
Your CPU utilization reaches 95 to 100 during these tasks, suggesting it’s under strain.
Looking at the i7 14700k option from Best Buy for $389.99, it might be a good fit if your current components can’t keep up.
The PSU and cooler should also support the increased load, but the RAM capacity may still need attention.

The VRM on your motherboard isn't very effective and wouldn't perform well with the 13th or 14th Gen i7+ processors. Anything above the i5 would probably be a waste, considering the power limits. The PSU and cooler might not support increased power usage for any compatible i7+. Finding affordable low-latency DDR4 memory is tough right now, and higher speeds may not work due to restrictions on non-K SKUs. You might consider an i5-13600K/14600K with better RAM if you have the rest of the components.

The upgrades your motherboard can handle are listed below.
Check the BIOS before discarding the old chip.
The 14700K offers a solid upgrade but may not require overclocking.
For a comparable price, the i7-14700 is a 65w TDP processor with low cooling needs.
Your RAM is adequate; Intel performance isn’t heavily reliant on high-speed memory.
