It will definitely get slow due to those components. For the GTS 450, it's better to wait for the 4400G which has a much more powerful APU than the GTS 410. For the HD6850, it's only decent at best, but a 3100 or 3300X might work well together.

What financial range are you considering? Which titles, quality of graphics, and refresh rates matter most to you? A 4400g should comfortably handle light games at 720 or 1080p, though a solid dedicated GPU will always surpass an integrated one. It seems the 4400g won’t significantly beat a budget GTX 1050 or RX 550.

that another issue on gpu, those antique gpu shouldnt exist that long anyway. doesnt matter i may get better ones. btw , its not good option to perfectly pair cpu and gpu interms of future upgrade, so you could have a slightly overpowered part for next upgrade.

I also fear the new APU might disappoint... noticing minor gains from 2400g to 3400g... but in my scenario it's already sufficient since the older model is just running at its lowest graphics options in World of Tanks.

That should be enough for him. A year back, I designed a budget PC for him with a 3D graphics card, slightly boosted the Vega 8 GPU, and he enjoys playing World of Warships and War Thunder at medium difficulty.
