Hello, what upgrade route do you think is best? Right now I own these items: a 7-3770 H61 motherboard with 8GB+4GB RAM, an 8GB+4GB HyperX 1600Mhz MSI RX470, a 500GB Samsung SSD, a 620W Seasonic M12ii EVO 22" 1080p monitor at 60Hz, and a 100USD budget (about ₱5000). I’ve looked into the PH market and think these prices are fair.

My thoughts:
- Option A: Sell the i7, motherboard, and 8+4GB RAM for 170USD (₱9000) to get a Ryzen 5 2600, B450, and 16GB 3200MHz for 280USD (₱14000)
- Option B: Sell the RX470 for 120USD (₱6000) to get a GTX 1070 for 200USD (₱10000)
- Option C: Sell the monitor and get a 75Hz freesync model

Let me know which path you prefer!

I’m considering skipping the options listed. The problem lies with upcoming GPU changes—it could be a tough moment to purchase right now. A 470 model is essentially a 570, which consumes more power. A 1070 might fall short after six months.

I’d trade the 4GB for an 8GB card that matches the specs, enabling dual-channel performance. It should be under $40 and really improve things. Hold off a while on the rest until you can afford it better.
