It's a reasonable price for $130. Consider the expected performance and see if it meets your requirements for 2-4 years before thinking about an upgrade.

You can purchase a refurbished 3600(x) for around $50 or a 5600(x) for about $80. Midranger B3/450 options similar to the Tomahawk or comparable models are also available for roughly $50 or less when you target lower-end boards or secure a solid deal. The 5600x model will still offer overclocking potential, and you can progress toward higher-end boards like the 11400f. Even with a 3600(x), it remains upgradable. A better upgrade route would involve an AM5 chipset paired with an AliExpress 7500f around $130, or a 7600 + B650M HDV or equivalent board that supports more RAM and USB ports. For budget builds, consider a used 3600(x) combined with a Midranger B3/450, which will replace the older 7700k and provide a clear path to a 5700x3D/5800x3D while staying affordable. If you're in the US, a 7700x bundle for $400 is available from Hynix, featuring improved RAM options (no swap needed). In microcenter stores, a 7700x package around $6000 with better CPU and board specs is an option. For Intel builds, a used 3600(x) plus Midranger B3/450 is recommended to replace the 7700k and unlock future upgrades to 5700x3D/5800x3D, all without breaking the bank. In the worst scenario, you might need to settle for a 3100/3300x/3500(x), but those still outperform the 7700k.

We don’t have any shipments to Russia from China on AliExpress anymore. The 5600s are expensive, and I’m not an AMD enthusiast, sorry.
