Perhaps if she's facing problems with 3D modeling, or if it's taking a long time and she doesn't have enough time, then consider upgrading her CPU to the new 5000 Series.

She needs to put in more hours because rendering is slower, but it doesn’t really impact her clients. A dress or suit still requires five days to produce.

Then, I think you should wait for 5000 Series, and if you dont find a good deal in ZEN 3 or its just too expensive, Get a 3950x 16CORE or any 8core would be better too, or the best thing you could do is, get a 1st or 2nd Gen ThreadRipper
