Why You’re Considering an Upgrade:
The Bluetooth module on my Fatal1ty X470 Gaming-ITXac is still malfunctioning even after swapping the WiFi/BT USB device, which leads to random BSODs. The USB device isn’t being recognized in Windows 11 Device Manager, and the BSOD persists. I’ve switched to a Bluetooth 5.3 dongle, but the issues remain. Now I’m thinking about upgrading.

ASRock > Fatal1ty X470 Gaming-ITX/ac
This model supports AMD AM4 Socket Ryzen™ 2000, 3000, 4000 G-Series, and 5000 series desktop processors. It also supports DDR4 3466+ (with overclocking), 1 PCIe 3.0 x16, and offers HDMI and DisplayPort graphics output. Audio includes a 7.1 CH HD codec and Creative Sound Blaster™ Cinema 5. It supports SATA3, Ultra M.2, and other components.

Website & Purchase Info:
I bought it around October-November 2023, within a budget of about $1000 before rebates or shipping. Usage is mainly for gaming (Civ6, Battlefield, Simcity, Cyberpunk), web browsing, Netflix, and testing with a VM.

Monitor Status:
I don’t need a monitor.

Potential Upgrades:
- Motherboard (AMD or Intel?)
- CPU (overclocking not desired)
- Graphics (SLI or Crossfire)
- Power supply (currently Corsair 650W PSU)
- RAM (planning to keep current setup)
- Storage (DDR4 16GB x2, G.Skill F4-3600C18-16GVK)
- Case (prefer ATX, Wi-Fi 6E support, no need for RGB)

Current setup:
- RTX2070, 1TB PCIe Gen3 NVMe SSD, 8TB HDD
- Corsair 650W PSU
- DDR4 16GB RAM
- Existing monitor resolution: 2560x1080

Additional notes:
I’m considering repurposing the machine if needed, but I’m not sure where to start.
