I'm experiencing difficulties with my PC not shutting down properly. It keeps restarting automatically, even after using Windows 10 and 11. I removed my video card and switched to the motherboard's video output, which resolved the issue. Changing the GPU also helped, suggesting a possible memory or GPU-related problem. Recently, my PC crashed with an XMP error, but no further issues have appeared. I notice occasional strange behavior in Chrome only. Removing two RAM sticks eliminated the problem, and testing individual sticks confirmed some were faulty. A memory test showed minor issues, but nothing critical. I'm unsure if the problem lies with the motherboard, power delivery, or another component. My next steps are unclear.
