It seems to look good. The power supply units appear solid. I’m unfamiliar with the A520 model, as it isn’t referenced in any standard tiers or guides.

They look perfect for your budget, these boards can manage a 3100 and accommodate higher power chips too.

Good price on the B550 series. You can easily move up to Zen 3 with Ryzen 5000 chips like the 5600X or 5800X without any issues.

It looks like many A520 boards come with a good VRM heatsink, making them appropriate for at least six-core processors.

It looks promising for the Ryzen 5000 APUs. There are no major concerns reported yet.

The most affordable option begins at 80 euros, which should suit the budget. However, I’m not sure about its quality. https://arvutitark.ee/est/tootekataloog/...ATX-530671 Edited: I’m keen on the possibility of upgrading to Zen 3 later, but the B550 I can buy seems to miss some features found in Pro4. Absolutely, that's not a great setup. You should update to Pro 4 and make sure your BIOS supports the Ryzen 5000. It's pretty straightforward.

Great news! Make sure to flag this thread as solved so others with 3100 can easily choose a solid B450 motherboard. You can either click the checkmark on the second Mateyys post or confirm your latest update.
