your ram is performing poorly. the cl15 3200mhz isn't even working well, and the 3000mhz one is completely unstable. i'm confused about what you mean by inside and outside. i want to know more. i need advice on picking ram that won't cause frame drops when playing games on my 240hz g-sync monitor. when i boost the processor to 5ghz, it should work better. i'm not sure how processor speed, cache, and ram speed relate to each other. someone experienced, please explain quickly how much ram you should get for an i9 9900k running at 5ghz. and clarify the connection between cpu cache size and ram speed. thanks.

above 3600mhz it doesn't really affect ram usage, i'd pick 32gb if you can afford more. the cache is tied to the cpu core clock, i wouldn't raise it beyond 200mhz under the cpu's clock for 4.7, and below 4.8 for 5.0.

my room offers space for boosting performance. It’s extremely cold—currently at 4.8ghz on the CPU, core 5.0GHz, max-min cache 4.8GHz. Should I pick dual RAM or quad? What speed should I aim for? With 3600MHz RAM today, I plan to test it. Tomorrow brings 4000MHz. G.Skill DDR4 Trident-Z 2x8GB at 3600MHz RGB F4-3600C16D-16GTZ. What’s the ideal maximum RAM speed now for stable operation? Thanks for your help.

The 3000mhz is not functioning properly. I attempted to run OC constantly and encountered a blue screen. Apologies, I made a typo. My English isn’t great. The translation tool isn’t helping much.
