I think I spotted the problem. My BIOS was updated to the latest version for my B560 Bazooka 1200 board, changing from A6 to A4, but it’s been really tough since the second update.

Continuing to see black lines suggests potential issues with RAM or power supply. The monitor has been in use for two years, so stability might be a concern. Running 15 memory tests with a Windows tool helps identify problems.
