I recommend holding off, since Skyrim could be affected by another flash sale. The 50% discount has likely been available before, so you might still get the same price just before the summer sale closes.

Or you could do as @ The Slimy Pig said, Kinguin is a great place to go when a game isn't on sale (and also if it is on sale).
