The 360 front rad could significantly reduce temperatures. It seems like a superior choice compared to what you currently have, particularly if you don’t want extra noise.
I would remove the solder using rockit cool quicksilver -> liquid metal -> sand. This approach can reduce temperatures by 7-10°C. Switching from NH-D15 to the highest 360mm aio will likely cut temperatures by another 7°C. With custom water, you might achieve even lower readings... (with a Mo-Ra LUL). Note: Idle temperatures shouldn't be used for comparisons, as the board sensors aren't reliable under light load. This is more of an estimation than a precise measurement at that stage.
I reduced the boost to 200w and reached about 80°C, yet Gohard achieves 67°C under the same conditions. It still feels like I need slightly lower temperatures. I’m considering switching to a different paste, such as Grizzly, and applying it instead. Looking through these forums, I see others with similar setups and cooler temps, but it seems unusual. It’s hard to get a clear response either way.
I adjusted the temperatures down by roughly 8 degrees using a 0.050 undervolt. It should work until further notice.
