Thanks for the guidance. It seems Intel's 14th gen CPU will be LGA 1851, which isn't ideal for a smart upgrade due to the high cost relative to performance gains. The 4070 offers a better balance, around 30% performance for the price compared to the 3070. I'm leaning toward the CPU issue and will go with the 4070 first. Appreciate your advice!
