I understand my previous questions might have seemed unclear, but I'm focusing on setting up a gaming PC using only Google guidance. When interacting with sales staff, they often can't provide detailed explanations about component choices. Relying on online information helped solidify my preference for the Ryzen 9 5959 X and Radeon 6800 XT configuration. I was also asked about swapping to the Ryzen 9 3950X instead of the 5950X, and the latest Ryzen 7 has been mentioned as an option. Could you advise which CPU would be more suitable and why? Are the alternatives being recommended because the 5950X is currently unavailable in many places? Also, what are your thoughts on selecting a GPU brand for the Radeon 6800 XT? Thank you for your help!

Some games don’t need 16 cores. A 5600x should work just fine. Streaming at 5800x is also acceptable.

For casual play or streaming, 3600 or 3700X units are sufficient and currently available.

For the 6800XT, based on your resolution, I'd choose 5600x. If you need a higher core count, go with 5950x over 5900x or 3950x. Also, 10600kf is currently a solid deal at around 200 USD.
