Just keep what you don’t frequently use.

Not using CCleaner, this monitoring tool is completely unnecessary... Unclear what cFos means. Realtek HD Audio manager has no purpose whatsoever...

Agreed. You can skip the Nvidia components if they aren’t used for recording or streaming. I’ve uninstalled Nvidia Updater and GeForce Experience personally—I don’t see any benefit. Also, remove XboxStat unless you really need it at the start.

It seems you're considering pausing Avast for now. For Steam and GOG Galaxy, disabling those services shouldn't interfere with your setup. XboxStat and CCleaner are separate tools—disabling them won't affect the rest.

Steam and GoG aren't required to begin with your PC, though you'll need to launch them manually when necessary. You can turn off the NVIDIA processes—they're unrelated to the driver but affect settings and streaming.

Make sure your A/V stays active when you power on. Steam and Gog aren't necessary; the main advantage is quicker startup since it connects as your computer boots up. That's the only point. I don’t install them at startup. Regarding Nvidia, I’m confident you can disable it if you don’t use GeForce Experience or its related tools like game recording. At work, we build software that relies on Nvidia libraries and debug tools, so we remove them from all systems. No issues. We also delete Nvidia 3D Vision components—unless you’re one of the rare users with Nvidia 3D glasses and a compatible monitor.
