Removing it means you won’t have anything to secure your PC case away from the GPU’s weight. This could cause your PCB to get bent near the PCIe pins over time or even break.

Which specific metal is used? The entire IO ports plate? It holds the GPU, but how do you mount the GPU inside the case? Are you confident about the installation process? Make sure it fits without obstruction.

It might be a bit tricky, but if it doesn't fit at all, your case is likely faulty. As discussed earlier, you definitely need it. Without it, the entire PCIe slot on the motherboard would be damaged.

I solved it. I took out a metal from the case and it worked.
