I'm currently building a PC with my parts nearly ordered, I heard that there's a lot of bugs and driver issues with Windows 10 at the moment which isn't too surprising since it's just come out so I was wondering whether it's worth just buying Windows 8.1 for the PC and upgrade once all the issue are fixed or should I just go ahead and buy Windows 10 download.

I’d prefer not to pick exactly my own option because I’m not paying much, but I’d rather get it from MS instead.
