honestly neither .
if you absolutely must choose out of these two than deepcool :
it has 10years of warranty and better efficiency (at least on paper)

these MSI units aren't the best either, but if you really can't find something better, well, it might have to be this.
though they only come with a 5-year warranty.
could you possibly locate any Seasonic Focus GX (2024), Vertex, Corsair RMx 3.1 (2024), ADA Core Reactor II, or Super Flower Leadex VII XG models?
any of those would be significantly better than what you've mentioned so far.
or the MSI MPG A850GS with PCIe5, which is a much superior option compared to what you've shared.
