I bought a 1070 for $200 two years ago. I believe it might still be a solid option for a while. Would you think it’s worth getting one? I really like the mobile!

You can obtain a 1600 AF, 2600, and a decent B450 at that cost—it's a significantly improved option.

It seems there was a post about a $105,4790K, but no reference to a Maximus motherboard was found. Colombian pricing matters here, so it’s important to highlight that cost differences can affect your purchase decision.

Yes, this model works well with an i7 and seems like a solid deal if you're looking to buy used.

I'm thinking about upgrading my 4790K... The cost would depend on its previous use. I wouldn't exceed $150.

The pairing of the motherboard and CPU really adds value. If you have a solid cooler, you'll be able to overclock quite effectively.

Used the same CPU and motherboard with my 1080. Worked well for 1440 in most games, but struggled with 1080p. It was quite CPU-heavy. Still, the hardware is excellent.
