It delivers excellent video quality too. I switched to the name Relive because it’s more widely recognized than VCE, which suggests limited memory capacity. Adjusting the settings should resolve the issue. Alternatively, using original memory would work better. Fast handles high-quality output well, especially for streamers or recording sessions. If you need detailed pixel inspection, it might degrade performance, but that’s not what viewers see. Oof, that would demand a Division 2 setup and a six-core CPU—probably too much. I’m open to your thoughts. Also, the 2060 uses the same encoder as the 2080 Ti; it should function properly if it has enough memory bandwidth. Game mode might also help simplify things.

I believe it doesn’t matter which you choose—both options should work fine—wait until the 3000 series is released. You’ll get access to those processors, and you might notice lower prices on the rest of them. It’s an exciting moment for upgrades! I have a friend who uses a mid-range system for streaming, Apex Legends, and a few strategy games at 1080p. A 2700 or 3600 would definitely stand up to you. I’d pick whatever offers the best value—sell the 1060 on eBay and upgrade the GPU for a smoother experience. With the SUPER cards arriving and Navi, timing it right could also mean a good chance to upgrade to a 2060 at a lower price. Honestly, going all-Ryzen with a 2700 plus the new 5700 sounds like a solid plan!

It's not the memory bandwidth that's missing; I'm starting to wonder if you're being misleading or simply unaware of the details. G.Skillz TridenZ 3200mhz with 16gigs would handle CS:GO at around 300 FPS, which isn't bad. NewNvenc doesn’t seem sufficient either. Higher resolutions usually mean more blur. You're mistaken again. The chip doesn't encode everything. This is without streaming. OBS uses 10-20% depending on the situation, and when multiplied by 8*2, add it to a 6-core CPU. If OBS exceeds 10-15%, performance drops noticeably, especially in CPU-heavy games like PUBG, TD2, or CS:GO. I run at 6k bitrate—what's on your rig? How do you judge what works and what doesn’t? Are you comparing to videos? I’m using the same setup as my computer, which performs better on the 2080TI than the 2060. Are you happy?

Yes both will work on a B450 motherboard. Which is better, wait for 7-7 reviews will come out then, till then it's just speculation.
