my old Logitech C920 (without privacy shutter) functions excellently with Windows 11 23H2 at 1080p. It's part of the Windows Insider Program.

It seems to be an A4tech PK-635G webcam. I'm unsure, from My Computer> Manage it displays the webcam icon, but the camera software fails to recognize it. The budget is approximately 200$, and the resolution is 1080 (full hd).

Windows has a private feature, you need to permit Windows to use the camera. The Camera doesn't function in Windows - Microsoft Support. Find out how to resolve issues when the camera fails or errors occur 0xA00F4244 or 0x200F4244. support.microsoft.com
