It's essentially a separate expansion. The main similarities are the engine and title.
I enjoyed Bioshock Infinite a lot. HL2 seems to be the top pick, though all titles are enjoyable. I used to play Skyrim on PS3 before (no complaints), but doing it on PC feels quite different. The graphics are better, there are more mods, and I can control the camera with the mouse and keyboard. I also appreciate the ability to adjust the field of view, which is awesome!
The Portal series stands out despite its outdated visuals, and The Witcher offers a solid experience if you manage to overcome the fighting challenges.
The battle features a third-person, real-time strategy feel with a strong focus on rhythmic combat, reminiscent of games like Dragon Age. I also note there are some nudity elements if that bothers you.
Before I forget, if you decide to play Deus Ex, make sure to install Deus EXE as well—it offers useful features such as adjusting the field of view and supporting 16:9 resolutions.
Thanks for the advice on Deus Ex. Regarding the nudity, I probably won’t be playing that game.
