I switched to a cabinet and spent most of my budget on RAM and a motherboard since I couldn't fit the HP or remove it. I regret not choosing a new one, as at least the new parts would have worked better.

Do you have a PCIe slot on the board? Which PSU do you currently use? I noticed you entered a fan name instead of a PSU.

I’m going to need an H81 to walk through the steps directly. It should resemble the 2011-3 Xeon V3 Turbo Unlock mod, just by lowering the microcode. Another GPU option could be something similar to the 5700 (XT) or RX 570/580. The 1650 won’t work, though—maybe a used 5700 (XT) or RX 570/580 would be better. I think you might find good deals on Indian marketplaces if you search for those types of listings.

80% used market are scam brother there were soo many I just left never buy a used from India very bad market right now RX 6650XT is available for 280usd and rx6600 is 238usd there is an Asrock rx6500xt also154usd but 4gb
