Consider upgrading to an i7-3770K for your ASRock Z77 Extreme4 setup. Your current configuration supports the 970 GTX 4GB RAM and i5-3570, but the i7-3770K will offer better performance and future-proofing.

It functions only when you obtain an i7 at a low price; otherwise it doesn't perform well compared to modern standards. For pure hyperthreading needs, the 4c8t Xeons are an option, though they lack functional GPUs.
