I am just getting started with overclocking, and a few months ago I set all cores on my 7820x to 4.5 Ghz. I still let Intel Turbo Boost run at 3.0, should I turn it off? Does it really make a difference? Thank you!

Overclocking the chip stops using turbo because the frequency multiplier was adjusted. No further action is required.

Overclocking the chip alters the frequency multiplier, so the CPU stops using turbo mode. No further action is required.
