I need a compact CPU setup that fits a 2u case with tight space. My goal is to reduce noise while keeping things quiet. I have three 80mm fans behind the SATA backplane, similar to most server builds. A passive cooler would help lower fan noise. I plan to run TrueNAS, Jellyfin, and a Windows VM with Blueiris, plus stream up to six 4K IP cameras. I’ll be converting 4K to 1080p using a PNY Quadro T400. The current 5900X is overheating, so I’m looking for better cooling options. Would LGA2011/2011-3 boards and Xoen’s boards perform well in terms of speed and heat?
