Hi All,
I'm based in the UK and planning to assemble a new PC. I’m currently running at 1440p at 180hz, mostly playing multiplayer titles like COD, Destiny, Rust, Tarkov, with some single-player games.
Before Black Friday, I was considering a 4070ti Super, but now the 7900XTX is only £30 more. Which choice would be best for future-proofing this setup? Are there any additional components that should be adjusted? My budget is between £1,750 and £1,800.
Feedback or suggestions would be really appreciated, thank you in advance!

The 7900xtx offers about 15-20% improved performance. The 4070ti super shines when you require RTX capabilities, Nvidia encoder support for streaming, or CUDA for specialized workstation projects. For standard gaming, the 7900xtx is a solid choice.

Thanks for your input. Since you mainly play games, the 7900xtx looks like a solid choice now with a price around £30 more. Both the 7800x3d and 9800x3d are currently out of stock until early January. You might want to consider another CPU that won’t cause bottlenecks for the 7900xtx, or wait until the 9800x3d becomes available.

Thanks! I'm still weighing my options between the 4070ti Super and the 7900xtx, but I'm deciding to go with the latter now.
