You created a diagram. You can lay a wire from the router to the computer. The wire can exit through the door, pass through the wall (you’ll be able to repair it later without anyone noticing), and then go across the hall to the computer in the room next to the wall, securing it with tape so it stays in place. The same idea applies to the bedroom—run the cable into the hallway, then toward the adjacent room, and secure it to the floor or wall again. It’s feasible, likely depending on the space layout you have.

While I've faced really bad issues with Powerline, it's still an alternative if you don't expect it to match the speed of Ethernet or Wi-Fi. Here are some reviews on available choices. I wasn't surprised that Asus didn't offer a ZenWiFi solution for this setup!
