I adjusted roughly 2-3 inches from each wire before placing it into the connector. Those are the simpler options. The only thought that comes to mind is whether you selected Cat6a instead of Cat6—its thicker wire might be the reason.

I own a Cat6 cable already installed in the wires, nothing about Cat6A anywhere, maybe I haven’t tightened the connections properly.
