Hi, you purchased a new power supply with a 24-pin connector, but your motherboard no longer has the 24-pin connector. It’s possible you can get a replacement one and install it.

A complete frame image is available. It’s probable you’re using a specialized motherboard from an OEM such as Dell or HP, which features unique connectors not found in most other setups.

It's a specialized board with a proprietary design; the upper-left 16-pin slot seems to be used for its motherboard power connection.

There are various adapters available to change from 24 to 16 pins. But I’m running low on my understanding of this topic, so I can’t confirm their reliability or guarantee they’ll function without risking damage like overheating or power mismatches.
