Is your router supplied by your ISP (along with your modem)? If yes, it appears they’ve configured it to block certain ICMP packets besides ping. Ping and traceroute both rely on ICMP, but the exact packet type differs. You probably won’t be able to fix this except by using a different router.
What router is connected? Could you check if I can verify this problem by testing it from another device on a different network, or from another device within the same network?
