You're experiencing issues connecting to online Microsoft games such as Forza Horizon 4 on Windows 10. The Xbox App shows a blocked server connection, and you've tried various commands and tools without success. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Check that your Windows firewall is turned on, as XBL won’t function properly if it’s disabled. Also, verify there isn’t a restrictive firewall active on your modem or router.

I don't rely on Windows Firewall; I use Norton Security instead. It functioned properly a few days back, so I'm unsure what changed. Additionally, my NAT setting is configured as open.

I'll check removing Norton and switch to WFW to test it out. Appreciate the help!

I resolved it! The issue was because my PC wasn't set to the right time. Once I switched it to automatic, it functioned immediately!

Extensive work involved adjusting configurations, modifying settings, rerouting ports, and executing command-line instructions. Eventually, the issue was resolved when I enabled the firewall. Surprisingly effective.
